NO FOOLS LEAGUE. 9 BILLION DOLLARS, REALLY?
Well they extended the deadline, but I don’t see it helping much. 18 game season, retirement benefits, and more importantly, how to split 9 billion in profit are still issues the players and owners can’t get close on.
My thing, why even have a draft? If you are truly going to lockout the players, do it completely. Don’t give fans enjoyment of seeing who their favorite team is going to get, especially since they might not play.
We will see soon I guess if an agreement can be reached. I am sure that if a lockout happens, 9 Billion dollars won’t be there anymore…
